Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for the Antheon app. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Antheon is operated and billed by Kitavin Design Services.
Subscriptions & billing
Client access to the app is a recurring monthly subscription. Prices are shown before you pay. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT and 5% UAE VAT is added at checkout where applicable. Payment is handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store your card details.
Auto-renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each month using your payment method on file, until you cancel. Your renewal date is shown in the billing area.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from the app’s billing area (the customer portal), or by emailing hello@antheon.club. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed after that. You keep access until the period ends.
Refunds
- Monthly subscriptions. Because you can cancel anytime and access continues to the end of the paid period, we generally do not refund the current or past months. Cancelling simply stops the next renewal.
- Billing errors & duplicate charges. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a timely cancellation, contact us and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge.
- Setup / one-time fees (studio plans) are non-refundable once onboarding work has begun, except where required by law or agreed in writing.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under UAE consumer-protection law.
How to request a refund
Email hello@antheon.club with the account email and the charge in question. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
