Privacy Policy
Antheon provides a private, white-label AI nutrition-coaching app to body-contouring and aesthetic studios. This policy explains what information we collect through our website (antheon.club) and the app, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as we need and to keep it secure.
Who we are
Antheon is operated by Kitavin Design Services (Trade Licence 1188298, TRN 105437166900003), Eden House, Jumeirah Garden City, 41st St, Al Satwa, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We (“we”, “us”) are the controller of personal data processed through the Antheon platform. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@antheon.club.
Legal basis & consent
We process your personal data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Our main legal bases are your consent (which you give at sign-up, including a separate consent to process health-related information and to have coaching responses generated by an AI provider) and the performance of our serviceto you. You can withdraw consent at any time (see “Your choices and rights”); withdrawing does not affect processing already carried out.
When a studio runs the app under its own brand, that studio is the primary point of contact for its clients, and Antheon operates the platform on the studio’s behalf. If you are a client using a studio’s branded app, you may also contact your studio directly.
Information we collect
From our website
- Demo & pilot requests. When you submit the request form, we collect the details you provide — your name, studio, contact number or email, and any message.
- Basic analytics. Privacy-friendly, aggregate usage data (page views, approximate location, device type, referring link). We do not use advertising cookies or build cross-site profiles.
From the app (clients)
- Account details — name, email, and a securely hashed password.
- Coaching information you choose to add — such as goals, measurements, progress photos, and messages with the AI coach.
- Usage and technical data — activity in the app and standard log/device information needed to run and secure the service.
How we use information
- To respond to demo and pilot requests and communicate with you.
- To provide, personalise, maintain, and improve the coaching experience.
- To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use client health information for advertising.
How information is shared & our processors
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run Antheon, under agreements that limit their use of it:
- Hosting & database — our application host and managed database provider.
- Object storage — for progress photos you choose to upload.
- AI processing — Google (Gemini models), accessed to generate coaching responses. Your coaching messages and relevant profile context are sent to this provider to produce a reply.
- Payments — Stripe, for subscriptions (card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us).
- Bot protection — Cloudflare Turnstile, at sign-up.
- The studio whose branded app a client uses, only as needed to deliver the service.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service.
International processing & transfers
Some of the providers above currently process data outside the UAE (for example, our database, object storage, and AI provider). Where personal data — including health-related information — is transferred outside the UAE, we rely on your consent and on contractual safeguards with the provider, consistent with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. We are actively working to move primary storage of personal data to UAE-based infrastructure and to minimise what is sent abroad (including removing direct identifiers before data is sent to the AI provider).
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legitimate business and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Typical periods: account and coaching data while your account is active and for a short wind-down window after closure; billing records for the period required by UAE tax law. Clients can request deletion at any time, and deleting your account removes your account and associated data.
Your choices and rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. In the app, clients can export or delete their data directly; for the other rights, email us and we will help.
- Access & export — get a copy of your data.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate details.
- Erasure — remove your account and associated data.
- Restriction & objection — limit or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent — including consent to health-data or AI processing.
To make a request, email hello@antheon.club. If you believe your rights have been breached, you may also complain to the UAE Data Office.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep the service secure. We do not use advertising cookies or build cross-site profiles.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to respond promptly to any issue.
Children
Antheon is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children.
Health-related information
Antheon provides nutrition coaching and tracking — it is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information you share about your body or habits is treated with care and used to personalise coaching, not for advertising.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
